Nope. OptinLabs is a “software as as service”. So we bear all the hosting costs, and backup your stuff on time. All you do is login to our web-based backend and start playing.

Q. Are there any long-term contracts?
Not really. We would love it if you chose to keep using us for getting more optins, but there are no commitments or contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Q. What are the license options?
Both the monthly and yearly plans come with personal use license. Which means you can use all the tools on your own personal and/or company websites. If you want to use our service on your clients’ sites as well, you need to get in touch with us.
Q. What happens to my data?
You own all subscribers that you capture using our tools since it all happens through your autoresponder’s API. We backup your data regularly.
Q. How difficult is it to cancel my subscription?
It’s as difficult as clicking a button. You can cancel anytime you want to during your subscription with us. We have no intention of keeping you hostage. Free will, my friend. We will be sad to see you leave though :(
Q. What happens to my data when I cancel?
Nothing. We keep all your data backed up, and if you decide to join us in the future – simply login to your account and re-activate your subscription.
Q. Why are there limits on the number of visitors?
In order to provide a fast, accurate, and efficient service for everyone, we have to bear the technology, server, and development costs. Tech and server costs will rise when you drive more visitors. As it is, we charge a very nominal cost for the service we provide.
